支払方法Payment method
KOMOJU の決済ページに表示されるお支払い方法（クレジットカード等）. The payment methods offered on the KOMOJU payment page, such as credit card.
支払時期Payment timing
クレジットカード: ご注文時に即時決済されます。その他のお支払い方法: KOMOJU の決済ページに表示される期限までにお支払いください. Credit card: charged immediately when you order. Other methods: pay by the deadline shown on the KOMOJU payment page.
商品の引渡時期Delivery
決済完了後、ブラウザ上で直ちにダウンロードできます. Your documents download in your browser right after payment.
返品・キャンセルReturns and refunds
デジタルコンテンツの性質上、決済完了後の返品・キャンセルはお受けできません。当社の不具合により書類を作成できなかった場合は、決済日から14日以内にメールでご連絡いただければ全額返金いたします. Because the documents are digital, payments are not refundable once made. If our service fails to produce your documents, email us within 14 days of payment for a full refund.
