Tips for filling in the forms
- Write your name exactly as in your passport, and use the same spelling on every form.
- Print on A4 paper at 100% scale, so the form keeps its official size.
- Attach one recent passport-style photo to each Visa Application Form.
- Sign each form by hand. Letters from Japan are signed by your inviter or guarantor, not by you.
- Keep your Schedule of Stay consistent with your flight and hotel bookings.
